Bench programming
The ECM is removed and programmed directly at our shop. This is how most mail-in and international orders are handled, and how we recover modules that no longer communicate.
ECM programming for owner-operators, contractors, dealers and mining fleets.
Final price depends on the machine, ECM and service. We confirm it with your quote before anything ships.
We adjust fuel, boost and torque maps to get more usable power and better fuel use from the engine you already run. Calibrations are matched to the work: steady high load for haul trucks and dozers, fast response for loaders and excavators, and long pulls for tractors and combines.
Reload stock software, apply updated calibrations, or correct a module that was flashed with the wrong file. Useful after an engine swap, a used-machine purchase with unknown history, or a dealer update that caused new problems.
When a module stops communicating after a failed flash or lost power mid-update, we read it directly on the bench and restore working software where the hardware is sound. We tell you up front if a module needs hardware repair or replacement instead.
Batch programming for fleets bringing in new or used machines, plus wholesale work for equipment dealers and diesel shops who want to offer calibration to their own customers.

Programmed through the diagnostic port with the ECM still in the machine. Best for machines at or near our shop.
Send us the ECM part number or a photo of its label. We will tell you which method applies before you ship anything.
For certain Caterpillar, Cummins, Case, Komatsu and Isuzu applications, we can program remotely, with no shipping and no downtime waiting on freight. Whether your exact machine qualifies depends on the model and the ECM, so it is confirmed case by case.
