How it works
Most orders are mail-in. Here is exactly what happens, from first message to a programmed module back on your machine.
Send machine details
Use the quote form or WhatsApp. Include make, model, serial number, engine model and a clear photo of the ECM label.
We confirm and quote
We match the part number to our application list and send pricing, turnaround and shipping instructions.
Ship the ECM
Pack the module in anti-static material with padding on all sides. Include your order number and return address in the box.
Program and return
We back up the original, program, verify and ship the module back with tracking and a written summary.
Shipping inside the USA
Ship to our Oklahoma shop by UPS, FedEx or USPS with tracking. Most domestic orders turn around quickly once the module arrives; we confirm the exact time with your quote.
Contractors in Oklahoma can also bring machines or modules to the shop.
Shipping internationally
We regularly receive modules by DHL and FedEx International. We send you a commercial invoice template marking the ECM as a customer-owned part returned after service, which keeps customs simple on both ends.
Batching several ECMs into one shipment cuts freight cost per unit considerably for fleets.
